White House 4 Film Favorites - American President
 

Just wondering if any out there picked up the White House 4 Film Favorite DVD and if so, is The American President in widescreen or the same recycled full crap we have been stuck with for so long. I know a lot of people on the board are hoping and praying for a widescreen version of it!

Well, it's always been in widescreen. The question is whether or not it's anamorphic. Since Warner has never on any of their existing 4 Film Favorites included an exclusively new transfer, I'd say the odds are basically 0%.

i did buy the kurt russell 4 movie pack,executive decission if widescreen i am happy with that

i did look at the president 4 pack all the movies are widescreen but not my fellow americans

My Fellow Americans has never had a widescreen release (at least in R1) that I'm aware of. So that's no shock.

American President starts streaming on Netflix on May 1st. Perhaps that'll be widescreen.

Don't see any reason why it wouldn't, it's always been widescreen, just not anamorphic.
