No digital copy code

About 2 weeks ago I bought the Back to the Future trilogy and when I opened it there was no slip with the digital copy codes. In fact, there were no ads or anything inside. I went to the Universal digital copy website and emailed them through there, but have yet to hear back from them.

Is there something else that someone can recommend I do. I would return the item, but I have lost my receipt. I just want my codes.

Thank you.

Contact the Universal Studios Home Entertainment customer service. I've found them to be very responsive:

You'd return a whole movie set just because there wasn't a digital copy code ? Digital codes don't matter. if you want to watch a movie on your computer, and it has a blu-ray drive, watch the blu-ray. If it only has a dvd player, watch the dvd version. Easy.

Except to people who want to use the digital copy they paid for.

And how do you suggest he watch it on an iPad, or any other mobile device without a physical drive?

Thank you to Todd B for the suggestion. I will be contacting them in the morning. I would also like to thank Mr. Salty for having my back. I believe that there are people here on the forums who need to rain on everyones parade and then there are people, like you Salty, who put the former in their place. Well done sir. And no thanks to spottedfeather. I asked a simple question and wanted a simple answer, which you did not provide.

You're welcome, godzilla. And Todd's right. Contacting the studio is your best bet. These packaging mistakes happen. I'm sure they'll give you new codes.
