You Can Count On Me - OOP? Re-release?

Hi all, I was was wondering if anyone knows if "You Can Count On Me" is scheduled for re-release? I love this movie but it seems to be out of print. Any information is truly appreciated, thank you!

Like a gazillion Paramount releases this has gone out of print. Prices haven't gone too crazy on Amazon though so as of today you can still get it new from third party vendors for under $13. Some used prices are lower.

It's also still available for rental from Netflix.
