Throw Momma From The Train (2005 reissue) question

Can someone who has this confirm for me that the 2005 reissue has the correct year of 2005 on the actual disc itself?
I bought a copy of this newer MGM 2005 reissue from eBay but my disc says 2001 on it - yet the outer packaging says 2005....
I have a feeling the actual DVD was switched out...
