Dinner for Five: The Complete Series Question

I own the "Dinner for Five" complete series and was wondering if anyone else owns this set. Amazon.com has a listing but it's OOP and there aren't even any third party sellers for it. Ebay, at last check, have no listings for it.

Also, I had read that some people when it was first released in 2007 had problems. I've only tried the first couple discs out and no problems at that time, but anyone else have issues with it? I had bought mine in mid/late 2008 and there's no mention of the set being comprised of DVD-Rs, is there anyway to tell? The only thing it says on the box is (c) Fairview Entertainment, ditto on the individual cases and discs.

I have it too, and have only watched about half of the episodes on the first disc, but I think I remember some freezing on an episode or two.

The only problems were a few episodes only played audio with a black screen. I'm not positive but I think one had Fran Drescher in it... I had problems with the first batch... but the resent me corrected copies.. So I sold off the defective ones (with warning) and pretty much made all my money back.

Yeah, I bought the supposedly defective set and got the free replacement, both worked fine on my player.
