Buster Keaton shorts

Hello Friends!!

I have an all region player and was thinking of buying the REGION 2 set THE COMPLETE COLLECTION OF BUSTER KEATON SHORTS (MASTERS OF CINEMA) which is 4-Discs (put out by EUREKA). It includes the 13 shorts he did with Fatty Arbuckle (including THE COOK) and the 19 shorts he did solo which for the most part don't appear to be available here in the US (with the exception of BALLOONATIC and NEIGHBORS which r on Kino's SEVEN CHANCES dvd starring Keaton).

Question 1: Does anyone know the quality of the 13 shorts he did with Arbuckle on this set? R they the same quality as the ones on the 2-Disc set (REGION 1) put out by Image back in '02?

Question 2: Does anyone know the quality of THE COOK on this set compared to the REGION 1 MILESTONE COLLECTION?

Question 3: What about Kino's 2 volume set of KEATON/ARBUCKLE shorts? It appears from what I've read that some of the shorts on the VOL. 1 set r better quality than ones on the Image set. But what about compared to the quality on the REGION 2 set I want to buy?

Anyone have any anwers? My head is starting to hurt. Thanx so much.

Thanx Steve! I did see this about 2 days ago. However, this review doesn't really mention the 2 Kino volumes, Image set or the Milestone Collection of THE COOK. I want more of a breakdown in quality between each set. Thanx again.

Those r helpful, Steve, but how do those sets compare to the EUREKA set? That's what I need to know.
