Don't be so sure of this, the record companies and movie studios have deep pockets and the for them, it isn't always about getting financial damages, its about making an example. If they did sue, they might not get any money from you now, but judgments last 20+ years and can be renewed after the fact. They will get their money one day. Sure you could file for bankruptcy, but that hurts you in the long run. If you this worried about the legal ramifications of your action, then perhaps it is just better to not do it.
