DVD game: Choose a movie for the person above you to watch.
Basically the thread title, Choose a movie for the person above you to watch.
If this is a dumb idea please scold me.
I think this would be a cool new way to see titles we a) need to revisit, or b) haven't seen and/or are looking for suggestions.
As an example to what I was talking about, if there was any interest
10 horror movies I haven't seen
Zombieland
The Invisible Man
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
28 Days Later
A Tale of Two Sisters
High Tension
Drag Me To Hell
The Others
The Ring
The Leopard Man
The next person to post their list would pick one for me to watch. The third person posting a list would pick one from the second movie, and so on. If someone picked, The Ring, I'd watch it, review it, post my list again, replacing The Ring and choosing a movie from whatever list was posted before my new post.

I don't want this post to indicate that I want to play this game, but I've got a give a to Groucho for his reply within seconds of the OP.

Something like this could work if people posted links to their collection, or their unwatched pile might be even better.

So if you wanted in on this, you'd post your list and then at this point be choosing something for adrenaline78 or if someone else beats you to it, you'd do whoever last posted a list.
It's also a decent setup for a chain since even if one person drops out, it doesn't hurt anything.

Sleep
Sleep (1963) is a film by Andy Warhol which consists of long take footage of John Giorno, his close friend at the time, sleeping for five hours and 20 minutes. The film was one of Warhol's first experiments with filmmaking, and was created as an "anti-film". Warhol would later extend this technique to his eight-hour-long film Empire.
Sleep premiered on 17 January 1964, presented by Jonas Mekas at Film-makers' Cooperative. Of the nine people who attended the premiere, two left during the first hour.

As for my mini-review of Zombieland, I liked it a lot. The worst part about it was the cover pretty much ruined the surprise of what was really up with the two girls when they're first found, so I was just waiting for them to do what they ended up doing.
Sin City
The Invisible Man
What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?
28 Days Later
A Tale of Two Sisters
High Tension
Drag Me To Hell
The Others
The Ring
The Leopard Man
Maybe this thread would work better in the Movie forum since it's more about that than DVDs.

I've previously seen parts of Sin City on the movie channels and didn't really care for it but seeing it from start to finish was much better.
