Knightriders (1981)
I was browsing DeepDiscount.com recently and came across this film. I bought it because it had a cool looking cover and it cost only $4.58. I knew nothing about this film but later discovered it was directed by George Romero. You can't go wrong there. Now I know where Armored Saint got the inspiration for the back-cover photo on their March Of The Saint album.
Here's the music video for the song "Can U Deliver" off that same album.

Japan released Godzilla 1985 on Blu. Granted, it doesn't have a lick of english, but it is on Blu. I was able to enjoy it in its orginal form.

Not even subtitles. The plot wasn't hard to follow or enjoy. I also picked up a few others, including Godzilla VS Biollante, which is a lot harder to follow without any english. Luckily, I have the laserdisc and knew the story.
And Godzilla 1985 was a blind buy which did make me happy.

I blind buy almost everything (its usually cheaper than seeing it in the theaters, and if I think I might like it/watch it again, I just skip renting)
My best have been some odd ones that I just didn't know what to expect out of. Ones like Super Troopers (a few weeks after it first came out), Mulholland Drive and Reefer Madness the musical.
Odd thing is I picked all 3 up previously-viewed as I had low expectations, but loved them all. Maybe I just liked them so much because I had low expectations?

I almost "blind bought" this last week at Best Buy but saw that it's coming on HBO next week. Looking forward to seeing it.

Probably Clerks. X & Jersey Girl since it introduced me to the World of Kevin Smith. There have been better Movies and TV shows but the over 300 hours of entertainment blind buying those 2 has the biggest spot. Of course I also Blind-Bought Friends Season 5,Family Guy Volume 1,and Supernatural Season 1 which those 3 are my favorite tv shows of all time so those are pretty good blind buys too.
