Classification 15?

I am browsing a UK site and found some DVD tv sets I want but not sure of they are RF.

All it says is "Classification 15"

Does anyone have a site that can tell me all I need to know before buying?

Yes, it is part of the age rating system. Nothing to do with region coding.
