I noticed a new collection from Video Asia called Kick Ass Heroes and it oddly enough includes Cannibal Holocaust II along with Robo Vampire and 2 other superhero themed chinese movies. I know this has been available in R2 forever but I believe this is the first US DVD release of it. I know Video Asia usually uses crappy transfers and all but maybe they will dupe the R2 DVD transfer but I would assume they will use the HK VCD since it is uncut

There is no official sequel, just movies that have been re-named to be sequels.

Yeah, there are a couple movies that use the Cannibal Holocaust II title (The Catherine Miles Story was another popular one) but The Green Infoerno as it was known is the one that is most recognized as a sequel and was released in R2 as so.
