Last week I purchased the Hell in the Cell set with the Undertaker bust for $8.99 at FYE. Apparently they are clearing inventory.

Something interesting on the synopsis i found on Walmart.ca about the Hart Family DVD,
It says 4 disc set, maybe Canada will have some sort of bonus disc exclusive to Walmart.
Could be a mistake though, but guess we will see.
Their name is synonymous with professional wrestling throughout Canada. It’s a wrestling dynasty that began in the territory days and continues through today. Now fans can enjoy all aspects of the Hart family dynasty, with this 4-disc set devoted to Bret “Hit Man” Hart, Owen Hart, the British Bulldog, the Hart Foundation, and the legacy of Stu Hart and the Hart family.
Stu Hart and his descendants have left an indelible mark on sport entertainment. The family-run business was Calgary Stampede Wrestling and it produced some of the greatest wrestlers of all time, including Bret “Hit Man” Hart, Owen Hart, “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith, the Dynamite Kid, Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, Brian Pillman, and so many more. A third generation continues to carry the Hart Family banner in sports entertainment with the members of the Hart Dynasty impressing every Friday Night on SmackDown. Now the rich history of the Harts is collected into one 4-DVD set, Hart and Soul: The Hart Family Anthology

Looks like the official title for the Steamboat DVD will be:- "Ricky Steamboat - The Life of The Dragon" acording to Amazon.com, additionally there is a synopsis on Walmart.com...
"Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat is one of the most legendary performers in the history of sports entertainment. The popular superstar made his name in the Carolina territory and went on to become a fan favorite in WCW and WWE. His battles with Ric Flair for the NWA Championship kept fans on the edge of their seats and his Intercontinental Championship match with "Macho Man" Randy Savage is considered by many the greatest match in WrestleMania annals. Now for the first time ever on DVD, fans can relive the career of Ricky Steamboat. This 3-DVD set has a biographical documentary feature on Steamboat's life, as well as some of the biggest matches of his career."

I wouldn't be surprised to see either the Elimination Chamber match from Feb or the WM 26 match with HBK to be the last match on the new UT DVD. Both were gimmick matches

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII
Personally I think it's a bit of a stretch to call the WM 26 match a gimmick match. If they include an Elimination Chamber match it would probably be the one from 2008 when he started the match and won it.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII
Check secondspin.com. I've seen both of those there fairly often in the last few months. WM X7 will cost you a good amount of coin, but they get copies from time to time. They have Summerslam 02 right now for like 8 bucks. Btw, that event took place months after the official switch to WWE, so there are no blurred copies out there.
They aren't located in Canada, but they should ship there.

SummerSlam 2002 isn't blurred, it was several months after they changed the name to WWE. Perhaps you're referring to SummerSlam 2001?

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII
The blurring started to happen during the Fall of 2002 with the newly released DVDs.
From what i recall Hulk Still Rules, HHH: The Game, HHH: That Damn Good, nWo: Back in Black and some Diva dvds were released during the name change and those are not blurred, since they had some grace period before it started to take effect.
