The only thing that has been confirmed is that Hardcore Justice will be given its own release. Victory Road '10 and No Surrender '10 wll be released as a two-pack.

If Hardcore Justice includes the ppv-style impact from the next day, then that will be a guaranteed purchase for me. I hope they do that, and if they do, I hope it is a two-disc.

Let's not forget that TNA's own Jeremy Borash was the producer of the 2005 Documentary "Forever Hardcore". Im not sure how much input he has at TNA but I bet he will be looking to make the Hardcore Justice DVD something special.

"@WWEGoldust – There is a goldust dvd in the works. That’s all I know about it " from his Twitter account.

I'd love a 2 disc documentary/match set based on his life story. Has his early WWE stuff against Undertaker ever been released on DVD?

I don't know how a Goldust DVD will work with the current PG fanbase and WWE trying to shun away from anything controversial.

Does anyone know if the older TNA PPVS re-released on DVD today will be in stores, like FYE or Best Buy?

I don't think it's available in stores. Amazon.com has backordered for majority of them except for a couple, Sacrifice 2006 and Destination X 2006.

I'd be pretty surprised, to be honest. The way stores stock catalog titles these days is practically non-existent. Stocking a wrestling catalog title seems like it would be even further down the scale unfortunately.

The Best Buy near my house hardly even stocks the current TNA releases. I think the newest they have is Bound for Glory 2009. They also have couple of 2008 and 2009 ppvs.

They don't have the 2010 ppvs, Cross the line Vol. 3 and Beer Money/MCMG combo.

You're better off getting the catalog titles online.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII

I did not see the new TNA titles at Best Buy today. As mentioned Best Buy hardly even stocks the new TNA releases anyways. I always get them on Amazon since ShopTNA has some crazy "handling" fees.

I always get the TNA DVDs from ROHWrestling.com. They always get them early.

Still have to get Sacrifice 2010, haven't had a chance to get it yet.

It's at FYE for 9.99. I strongly recommend.

Unfortunately, we don't have FYE in Canada. I would have definitely gotten it at that price. The cheapest price here is $15 + tax.

I do have a $10 Best Buy reward certificate which would cost me around $7 with tax, but no Best Buy around my area have it in stock.

That is surprising to see Hell In A Cell 2010 will get a Blu Ray release. I guess it's not long until all the PPVs are on Blu Ray.

If anyone knows about any REAL (not "imagined" or "wished") sales that ROH will be having soon, please post them here. This is where I get all my wrestling dvd info from. I rarely remember to log onto their site.

It isn't BAD....but there are way to many rereleases on this disc. I'm excited that there is the Jerico/Malenko match, and Jericho/Taker is great to have, but I just feel like there is so much stuff that is left off of this disc, especially from ECW/WCW.
The Good:

-The match with Foley should be interesting to see
-The "other" match with Guerrero
-Any match wih Malenko is a good thing
-The first match with Triple is historically relevant, I just hope the blurring isn't too bad
-The match with Hulk Hogan
-The "you're fired" match with Cena
-First match ever with Undertaker

The Bad:

-Match vs. The Rock from No Mercy '01 was just released in the WHC set
-Match vs. Austin is already on the WWE Title set (but I understand it HAD to be here)
-The match with HBK was just released in the HBK set, why not include the rematch from RAW in July '03, unless they're saving that for the Best of RAW set in the future.
-Happy to see his match with Hardy, but I know that was just released on the IC Title set
-Too many ppv matches, not enough TV matches

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII

There does seem to be many re-releases, but this is the first Jericho DVD and very excited to see his documentary, so definitely is a must buy.

I agree they should have put the match with HBK from July 2003 RAW. Very good match.

There were some great matches with Jericho from SD in the summer of 2009 like with Mysterio, Punk, Hardy, etc.

I'm sure they will have another DVD once he retires, which would be 3 Discs of strictly matches.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII

overall im happy with the dvd but....

-jericho vs hhh fully loaded 2000, where is this match, i thought this was one of his best matches ever
-why not include BOTH matches from venegence 2001 to make it complete
-only 3 wcw matches, vince are you EVER going to get over your beef with wcw, it's been almost 10 years since you bought wcw, get over yourself and give wcw some love

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume XIII

I think that they should have had the match with Rey Mysterio from The Bash instead of Extreme Rules. The match where it was Jericho's IC Title vs. Rey's mask was so exciting and the match really was amazing and kept you on the edge of your seat.

I am shocked that Jericho vs. Pitbull 2 didn't make the cut either since that was Jericho's first singles title in North America when he won the ECW TV Title

Jericho vs. Christian on Raw of 2004 in the cage should have been on here too, but probably cause of the blade job Christian did they couldn't include it.

Jericho vs. Chyna at Survivor Series 99 was freaking good too surprisingly, even though Jericho lost the match I think it would have been worth having on the set.

But let's be honest, this Chris Jericho dvd set is like 2 years too late. It should have came out in 2008 right when he won the belt again, and they probably could have included some other earlier stuff but they had to save room for all the recent stuff he's done.

I think the reason they didn't include the match at The Bash is because they just released it on the "Best PPV" matches dvd, but they definitely should have included the cage match with Christian.

This is the problem with not releasing a DVD set of a guy who's been with the company for nearly a decade, not to mention who has been wrestling for nearly two decades: you're going to miss something, and piss someone off, but I am genuinely shocked at how much ppv stuff is there. What about the cage match with Batista? When he defended the IC Title against Rey the night after Extreme Rules? One match with RVD? Somewhat disappointing, I'm going to wait until this one is on sale.
