hmm, on my bday, release date on a Saturday? Is this a new trend to seperate yourself from the Tuesday clutter with everything else? My daughter will beg me to get it the first day it's out.

Yep. It made it one of the best selling DVD and Blu-rays of last year. Teens and Tweens can do midnight launches without having to worry about school. Smart idea that paid off well last year.

Yea makes sense to do a Saturday release like this, there were a ton of people out at my local walmart buying the "exclusive" 1 disc many most likely completely oblivious that numerous other stores had the regular 2 disc and target having the exclusive 3 disc set at the same price or like $1 higher... something like that. I remember I called Target later in the day and they had sold out of dvd, only the Blu-ray left.
