Inexpensive alternative to Discsox?

Has anyone had success at finding an inexpensive alternative to discsox? Perhaps something homemade? Example:

This looks pretty nice but I don't know where to get the materials. The poster left a link for a UK manufacturer to get the sleeves. Was wondering if there is a US manufacturer that sells A5-sized document protectors.

Bagsunlimted.com has something similar in their DVD section. At least it looks like what you're talking about.

Nice, that looks like it will work. So the plan is to use a piece of A5 card stock and fold the cover around it on the natural crease. Slide that into the envelope and put each disc in an individual disc sleeve and slide them in behind the card, creating a thin package.

One question. What is the best material for storing discs in sleeves:

- polypropylene
- polyethylene
- tyvek

I just store them in the cases they came in originally, but I'm weird like that.

You might want to ask a mod to move this thread to the Covers and Cases area at the top of this forum. You may get more answers there.
