Whatever happened to WB animation(Looney Tunes,Popeye, etc.)?

Have they laid everybody off or have they decided that animation on dvd isn't that big of a deal? Where's Looney Tunes, the next volume of Popeye,Herculoids,Quick Draw McGraw,Wally Gator, the remainder of Huck Hound,Adventures of Batman(60s),Adventures of Superboy(60s) and Batman The Brave and The Bold s1?

I think music rights might have something to do with it.
Like the MAGILLA GORILLA set does not have the original theme music.
Which is why I didn't buy it.
