i recommend at least a rental on grace...i don't recommend blind buys for horror because NO ONE likes the same things when it comes to horror. but i will say that i'll eventually be purchasing it.

I have The Children which I still need to watch. I've heard nothing but good things.
I've seen Grace and it's a definite rent. Close to being great, but stops just short.
Oh, and Poultrygeist is awesome.

Is that the same as the Workprint? I read about it at the following site and it seems like there wasn't much gore that was taken out.

Here is my current Horror Library for anyone needing recommendations or better yet to provide me with some recommendations. Thank you in advance. Is it possible that I've seen to many movies?? nah...never..
Some movies you might consider horror, but I may have them under Sci-Fi and thus are not on this list (ie: Predator, Terminator, etc...)

For those that have seen it, here's the original short. If you haven't seen it be warned that the short will spoil basically the entire movie.

dawn of the dead (2004)

Actually, for all of you House of the Dead fans (NOT), I recommend this:

Or at least watch the beginning of "(1 of 3)"

The credits just started rolling on Dead Ringers and I have to say while it was a damn good movie and one I want to add to my collection its not one I see myself revisiting too often. Really depressing stuff. The horror is definitely one that almost anybody can relate to in some way with someone they know or someone they know who knows someone.

Humanoids from the Deep- I may view this tomorrow, myself.
Witchfinder General
I had a bad day for movie watching. Only 1 early this morning. College, Baseball playoffs, and NHL Hockey did me in today. Going to shoot for 3, possibly 4 movies tomorrow. That'll make me at the 20 mark for the week which is amazing for me so far.

I'm doing well after the first week. 25 watched, which is actually one behind last year. It still puts me on a good pace for my 101 goal though.
What's everyone doing for the final night? I've got a couple set aside for sure, Halloween and Rocky Horror (it's a personal tradition). Beyond that I can't decide what to do. Do I go with first time viewings, classics, whatever I have leftover at the end of the month? I probably shouldn't even be worrying about it this early but I am.

I picked up a Triple Feature called "Gritty Horror Tales" - I'm pretty sure that's what you're referring to, droidguy. The 3 films included are Harm's Way, Hack! & Baby Blues. I debated the purchase until I saw Danica McKellar (Wonder Years) was in Hack!, so I pulled the trigger.
