Wondering the same thing. It's not on Amazon, Best Buy or DeepDiscount. I thought I saw that OnDemand will have it starting tomorrow, though, so that might be a hint.

Negative, sadly.

It's apparently going to be kept a "rental exclusive" for a spell, unless it (hopefully) crops up somewhere as a mishap or exclusive. I saw a clerk preparing stacks and stacks at Blockbuster late last week while on a quick clearance DVD check. The coverart didn't look like it had any sort of "Blockbuster Exclusive" stripe on the top, so it might be available rather quickly for pre-owned purchase with close-to-retail packaging.

Check your independent video-rental stores - it's exclusive to them, (the blu-ray is - the dvd is rental for everyone), although I don't think they're allowed to sell it. Considering a sale-date hasn't even been announced, I'm not holding my breath.
