Mill Creek Drive-In Cult Classics - 32 Movie Set

I'm looking at this right now and I have questions. This set consists of the first 3 Drive-In Cult Classics that BCI first released. But other 8 movies aren't from volume 4 of the Drive-In Cult Classics set. The remaining 8 movies are:

Blue Money
Carnival of Crime
Click: The Calendar Girl Killer
Double Exposure
Hot Target
Lurkers
Night Club
Separate Ways

So which set do these other 8 movies originate from? And does Mill Creek not have the rights for volume 4 of the drive in cult classics set?

There's another thread about this and I think the deal was they were new movies.

All of these were previously released

NIGHT CLUB, CLICK, DOUBLE EXPOSURE, BLUE MONEY, HOT TARGET and SEPARATE WAYS were in BCI's After Dark Thrillers collection:

CARNIVAL OF CRIME should be the same film included in this BCI set from 2006, which paired it with a far superior film:

LURKERS was part of the Horrible Horrors Collection Vol. 1 from Rhino several years ago:

Re: Mill Creek Drive-In Cult Classics - 32 Movie Set

Oh great- so if I want these 'new' movies, I have to re-buy all the ones I got in the 3 BCI sets? I couldn't get the 4th one, so it only makes sense that the movies in that are never going to be reissued.

I have "Separate Ways" on CED videodisc and it doesn't really qualify as a 'drive-in' type movie as it's a little classier than that, but I thought it was funny as it basically plays as an 80s porno movie with absolutely no sex in it. (It's a drama about a married couple having problems, a plotline used for a number of 80s theatrical porn movies.)
