"New Jack City" (2-disc SE)...2 releases?
I came across 2 different covers for "New Jack City" (2-disc Special Edition). I was wondering if there is a difference between them, was it re-released with the non-red frame (the one i was aware of) or is the first one pictured just without the slipcase?

That first picture you have is just a picture of the original snapper (if you look closely you can even see the plastic thing hanging over the side of the front cover). Amazon doesn't have the correct image. The only DVD release for the 2-Disc is in that red frame like you have below it.

It did when it was first pressed. Not in quite some time, though. Maybe if you find it at FYE or a retailer that doesn't sell copies of DVDs too often you could find one. I think that's been out for like 4 years or something though, so I wouldn't expect to find it in stores.
