Great news. I hate best of sets and was waiting for the seasons to come out.

I gotta say, I was flipping through channels on my antenna and came across a digital subchannel called this tv and they were airing Mister Ed. It looked pretty damn good. I hope for those interested in this show that the DVDs are of the same kind of quality.

Me, too. I always loved the episode where Ed plays with the Dodgers. You just don't forget seeing a horse slide into home! Since I grew up watching this series in re-runs in the 1980s, I always figured that it was an ancestor of A.L.F. Early Nick at Nite was great: Car 54, Where Are You?, The Danny Thomas Show, The Patty Duke Show, The Donna Reed Show, Mr. Ed...good stuff. (And for the record, Patty Duke was much hotter as Cathy. Just sayin'.)

I'd like to get Car 54, Where Are You? Didn't that star Fred Gwyne and Al Lewis
before they were on the Munsters?
