Ring of Honor is having a Big Ten sale again! There are a lot of great shows in there for 10 bucks. The debut show in Canada "Northern Navigation" is on sale for the first time. You also get 10% off the whole order. I only bought three this time (I now own 88 ROH DVDs!) but I wanted to grab more...lol...

Does anyone else here have or collect Big Visions Before They Were Stars collections? I have all of them except the FIP Alumni set and wondered how it was packaged and what it is exactly, is it 5 complete FIP shows or is it 5 disc of the best of stars in FIP?

Which DX DVD? there are 2 of them and the 3 disc set is OK if ya liked the "New" DX that was fueding with the mcmahoniacs my 14 year old nephew loved it but i just have it cause it was only $4 at a pawn shop. The original DVD is pretty good but its censored where the VHS was uncensored but the extra matches are pretty good

Anyways i hope WWE confirms a Survivor Series Anthology for release this year, looking forward to this one, and i remember reading early last year that it would be released in time for the holiday's in 2009. So i hope its true.
I read on another forum that theirs no plans to release the Survivor Series anthology this year...apparently it might be ready sometime next year, hope thats not true but it wouldnt surprise me...we are halfway through June...if it was coming this November im sure we would know about it by now...not looking good, i was looking forward to completing the big 4 collection this year.

The 5-disc FIP Alumni set is 5 full FIP shows (in retail release form) from 2005. The shows are:
- The Usual Suspects
- Violence Is The Answer
- In Full Force
- Payback
- Heatstroke: The Afterburn

So...specifying that in your post might be a good idea next time. Plenty of people here that don't live in the UK, or import.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume X

Especially since the original post about it didn't really specify, either. Enough with the " *sigh* " shit, already. Like it is just such an ordeal to have to say something twice.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume X

I wasn't the one that posted the list, however, he included an image of the cover from SilverVision specifying it as a Tagged Classic, it didn't embed though. So he did specify what it was, it just didn't show up.

The *sigh* was in reference to the fact that I clarified what it was already, in the post above his that was made 6 hours prior to his post.

If he had read the replies before he posted (I know, it's a quite a radical concept, but try it some time, it's really nifty), he wouldn't have needed to make his post.

And BTW, I'm from the States and don't purchase Tagged Classics, but I knew what it was. If you've been around this thread long enough, when you see two past WWE events posted with an "Out in (insert a few months ahead)" you kinda know what it is. Don't pull the "Oh, we're not from the UK, we don't get it" crap. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Why do you always pout over small petty things Chuck? Who cares if they haven't listed details on WCW yet. We'll see it when we see it.

When they say 'moments', I'm guessing that probably doesn't mean complete matches. Hopefully I'm wrong.

Chris Benoit match? This really makes me happy. Its the easiest way to put him in considering 8 people are in the match.

Re: Official Wrestling DVD Discussion Thread - Volume X

I agree about the format. Chronological would have made more sense. However, I am very excited to see the inclusion of three matches I really wanted on the set: Orton/Undertaker III, Hulk Hogan vs. Chris Jericho, and the Iron Man match between Angle and Lesnar. If all the matches are in their complete form (complete, as in, how we saw them on TV), then I'm down.

If not, then I'll be disappointed.
