Has anyone heard anything about a new Black Adder set?
I was on Rowan Atkinson's IMDb page and I saw he did a couple of documentaries about "Black Adder" for the 25th anniversary I believe it was last year. The current DVD set seems kinda light on special features, and it's also still ridiculously expensive on Amazon, despite being three years old (it's almost $30 cheaper to buy each volume used individually on Amazon Marketplace). I watched the show when I was younger and haven't picked it up on DVD, and even the used prices are still pretty high. I was wondering if anyone had heard anything about a new set, because I don't want to go spending $50+ on this show that I haven't seen most of, or seen in a long time, and have them release a newer, better, cheaper version right afterwards.

Play.com (region two) is listing the ultimate set to come out June 15th.
I believe set came out in 2001...I know the date on amazon.com is different, but the copyright date on the back of my set is 2001 and I am confident I've owned it for more than three years.
I just hope they release the documentaries separately. It's a great show, but I am not dropping another $80.00 to own a couple documentaries and some bonus features.

Yeah, I was just going off of Amazon.com's date.
I'm just hoping this new set costs less money. I'd bite for around $50.

The thing I hate most about the BBC shows on DVD are the prices. It's like they price them at the same price it would cost me to import them at the currency exchange rate. I am sure that's no mistake, but still...it's annoying. I'd buy more BBC TV on DVD if it was priced more in line with regular American shows on DVD, or even if it went on sale more often.
