couldn't pass this up. Just ordered the LOTL Lunchbox collection along with the Saturday Morning Cartoons Vol. 1&2.

What makes that packaging awesome is that it's an accurate reproduction of the original 1975 Aladdin lunchbox. If you actually carried one of those around every school day 34 years ago, this reproduction gives you a sense of nostalgia that other faux lunchbox packaging just can't.

What makes this set not so awesome is that the only extra listed is a promo featurette for the new movie; none of the commentaries or interviews or Pakuni-related stuff from the Rhino sets is listed. Maybe that's why it's almost half the MSRP.

no you're not because I'm 23 as well and a big fan.

I own the rhino boxset of Land of the Lost already and don't see much point in this set.

This is in my opinion the coolest dvd packaging ever:

Educational Archives came in a lunchbox, as did Bob the Builder, Barney, Care Bears, Thomas, and some other PBS shows.

I have the old boxset and see no need for this one.

I haven't watched this show since it originaly aired. As a kid, I thought it was great. Opening song was great too, until half way. Back then, I thought good show. I finally starting watching the complete series with my kids. They love it. It's driving my wife crazy. Our 2 girls just love this show and want to keep watching it. "We want to watch dinosaur show!!" When my wife saw what was on TV and how cheesy the special effects are and the whinning Holly does and Will's talking style. He talks almost like Robin on the Batman Show from the '60s. She's like what have you done? To me, still good going back and watching Saturday morning shows again. Now if someone would release Fat Albert Complete Series.
