Re: So Training Day never received the 2 Discs Treatment?

so it was an academy misjudgement that denzel won an oscar for it?
anyway, i would also hope that this movie receives a special edition treatment down the line. we have really seen much worse films receive a special edition!
at least training day doesn`t need an upgrade for the purpose of picture quality. the transfer was quite good.
the last boyscout however needs a special edition urgently!! the picture really leaves a lot to be desired!!
sorry of the offtopic, but has last boyscout been released on bluray yet?

I can't imagine how it would make any financial sense.

Plus, the current dvd already has:
Excellent audio and video
a director's commentary
deleted scenes
alternate ending
a short but decent making-of
even some music videos tossed in

What else is there to include to warrant a whole new release?

The only new pressings of this are in a "Double Feature" amaray with some other movie (I forgot what it is). Otherwise, it's still a snapper.

"King Kong ain't got SHIT on me" one of the greatest quotes in a movie. you can tell this movie inspired the Shield on Fox.
