It will be very interesting to hear backstage stories on the heatseekers set.

I believe all of them have extra matches.
Thank you for clearing it up, DerangedHermit. I'm looking forward to these...especially since I don't get WWE 24/7 with Time Warner.

Thank you kindly. Now to find a place to start tracking some more of these down other than eBay where they are generally pricey. I did manage to get the Royal Rumble 2007 one for under ten bucks shipped on eBay though.

from first glance, it looks like there are a few too many repeat releases on these to warrant getting excited. But I'm not sure how reliable this list is, as some of these dates and descriptions are not accurate. For instance, Andre & Savage did battle on SNME, as that match is included on the upcoming SNME DVD, but not in September.

I think the guy did it off of memory and shorthand notes...I knew some of it looked fishy.

If there isn't a catch that prevents it, with that advertised "Buy 2, Save $10" sale you could pick up all 6 Legends of Wrestling discs for a couple bucks under $50.

Nice. Really looking forward to getting these.

Yup. Or Vol 1 - 3 may be available just as the box set. The box set wouldn't fall under the "Buy 2 Save $10.00" promotion. We may end up paying $35.00 for the box, $14.99 each for Vol 4 & 5 (under buy 2 save $10), then another $12.99 for Vol 6. Grand total of $62.98 instead of $47.94 if available separately. I guess we'll see.......

Interesting selection. Unlike WWE, you can tell that TNA just wanted to get in as much "major" stuff as possible, since this will only date back to 2002. It'll be cool to see some of the old Asylum stuff, but there could have been more. I would have loved to have seen a match with Scott Hall or Sting from back in'02-'03. Having Lethal Lockdown '06 and '07 makes little sense since he was only one of 8 and 10 guys respectively. He played an important role, but didn't really do much. I personally enjoyed the strap match against Joe, so I'm glad to see it on there, but you could tell they just wanted to get something recent in there. I mean, how important was the match with Robert Roode, other than that it was his only singles match in 2007?

Pretty good list, could be better.

For the Best Buy LOW, is the Hogan part on the Hogan/Backlund one the same as a ppv special I bought for like 1 cent a couple of years ago?

Just saw a commercial on TV for the Legends dvds....you can purchase all 6 from a website called tvatlas.com. so yeah, so much for 'exclusive',

tried to post the link to the search results, but didnt work - it cleared the results - just search the site for "legends", its also listed in the featured products section.

Something about this site seems fishy...and their prices suck.
