How do you watch incomplete TV series on DVD?
 

Right now I am watching All In The Family s6 so when I am done with it I guess I will wait on season 7 but won't watch Archie Bunkers Place till AITF is completed. I am going to watch Too Close For Comfort s1 figuring the seasons past s2 will never be released. Smallville -I will watch s7 and then wait till Sept. for s8 but won't watch it from the beginning(s1) till the show has been completed. I watch the episodes in order with no skipping . If I haven't watched a show in years that has been completed I usually will start from the beginning despite the last season that was viewed.

I usually always start shows from the beginning, and hopefully catchup when the new season starts. THe only shows I will watch out of order are sitcoms. I just recently started watching How I Met Your Mother, based on its praise in one of Speedy's threads, and I set my DVR to record all the new eps, I watch those, but also watching it in order on DVD, to catch up.

Depends. If its a show I have never seen before, I will watch from the beginning on dvd. If it is something that I was watching as it progressed, I will watch the current season, then when that season comes out on dvd, I will watch that hopefully before the next season starts. Other than that, i am not really too anal. What I try not to do is watch a currently airing season, and a past season on dvd at the same time.

I start at the first season and just go from there. Or ill buy all the seasons that are available and try to catch up to the season on the T.v
