I will admit the video quality of the import leaves much to be desired, I'd assume this will be superior in that respect.

This was mentioned in the old No Shame thread a couple weeks ago Mya Communication is also releasing Argento's 'Door into Darkness' on Jan 27th. I'll grab both.

I already own the import, but will do my "Yay, they're finally releasing "Four Flies On Grey Velvet" in region one" dance.

Sell it on Amazon - people pay insane amounts for R2 stuff they could buy for half the price on Amazon.co.uk. Someone once bought Last Year at Marienbad off me for $40.00 when they could have had it for £5.99.

I've never watched any of Argento's work until this year, when I blind-bought Suspiria.

I've quickly added The Bird With The Crystal Plumage, Deep Red, and Tenebre to that list, and I'll add this one to it as well.

Also check out Cat O' Nine Tails. Along with Crystal Plumage and Four Flies, it's part of Argento's "Animals" trilogy.

Looking forward to finally seeing Four Flies. Wish I had it for the October challenge so I could have had a little mini-marathon, but I'm just happy we're getting it at all.

One of the few Argento films I've never seen. I never picked up the import so this is fantastic to me!

I did not notice it on the back of the info sheet, but will this have English subtitles for the Italian track?

That remains to be seen but their earlier release does:

Maybe this is a good sign for Flies to have subs.
