Yeah, I'm a bit miffed that I never got around to ordering as well. Amazon.ca had the set in stock, but does anyone know if there are any discernible differences between that and the U.S. set (packaging possibly French, etc.)? It's also a little cheaper than the U.S. too. Thanks for your help in advance!

I just found out this went out of print, seems to have increased in price a little fast, almost twice as much, either have to find a good price, wait for them to release it again or get the regular editions.

It is a little odd that it's that expensive on the second hand market...the regular editions are still widely available and aren't very expensive, are they? The box is a little awkward and while the book is cool, it's not really essential for enjoyment of the show.
That said, I'm keeping my set :) |

I love it I did get mine through deep discount and glad i did not wait like i usually do to see if the price would go down.

If anyone still wants to get this, it looks like amazon.ca has it back in stock now. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I got a message that it shipped today. It worked out to be USD 90.82 with shipping.

Dvdhook, are there any blatant differences in packaging? I've ordered from Amazon.ca before and it was a good experience but I'll be annoyed if the set is in French or something. Otherwise, I might be all over this one. (Although it'll probably be back in print once I place my order).

They only printed one version, and the one sold in Canada is the same as the one from the U.S.

I finished watching Disc 1 and started on Disc 2 last night - I had forgotten just how good this show was! |

i cant post a link but it is running for $96.99. DD has it but is saying it wont be released till 8/25. DD price is $86.36. i will be picking this up soon, but maybe wait until fall or winter, there might be a sale or discount. |
