I've seen the movie twice, and will definitely watch it more in the future. But I also think that Rock 'N Roll Nightmare is one of the coolest films ever made...if that gives you an idea of the type of weird films I find entertaining.
Also, for those that get the DVD, don't watch the director intro first. There's spoilers there.

Always have a bowl of candy ready, but I'll be lucky to get 1 kid knock on the door. Apparently my long driveway is too daunting a task for the little buggers. That, and it seems there's just less people out in recent years. And everyone's in cars. No one walks anymore. Damn post-9/11 paranoia.

Spoiling as to not reveal which films are "revenge" titles.
These are just from the first two pages of the list thread.
And now a few more from the other two pages of the list thread.
Can you tell work is slow today?

Just another reminder for tomorrow's attack of the B-movies for those of you near these locations.

^Not playing in a theater near me. They never do.
Yeah, I could take a lawnchair, that aforementioned bowl of candy and bring along my laptop to continue the movie watching. Then again, the little bastards would probably try and egg me. No thanks!
Have I mentioned that I don't especially care for kids?

For the first time ever I noticed some major similarities between Fulci's "The Beyond" and Argento's "Suspiria". Apparently the former borrowed a few scenes from the latter ...at least four by my count:

The other 3 that I'm once again too lazy to post screencaps of:
-Dog attack. Both have German Shepherds attacking their blind masters.
-Blind person playing a piano.
-Footsteps are counted.
And possibly more...

I think The Beyond is widely considered to be Fulci's best film, though it does borrow liberally from Suspiria, particularly with the blind girl/dog bit, probably the most shocking part of Suspiria. Fulci pretty much made the later half of his career ripping off Romero's zombies and Dario Argento's giallos. I'll give him credit where it's due though...nobody does getting stabbed in the eye like Fulci. I think he was the first to add the eye blinking after getting stabbed which sells it much more.

If you like the far-out "gee I just took LSD" nature of "Suspiria" you might enjoy Fulci's "The Beyond," but for my money, "Don't Torture a Duckling," "House by the Cemetery," "City of the Living Dead," and "Zombie" are his best movies. I love those and could watch them over and over again, whereas the only thing I like about "The Beyond" is the gore and the rest of the movie makes me want to stab myself in the face.

So it's a baby/face thing, and I have been told I have a bit of a baby face....
Seriously though, thanks for the Fulci recommendations everyone. I think I recently ordered The Beyond, but am leaning towards going with edwardnortonfan's first recommendation, Don't Torture a Duckling. Adding to my netflix queue, along with that killer bed movie.

When is the cut-off for editing our posts? If we're going to be allowed to watch until dawn Halloween night, how much time do we have to update our list? Just today I'm behind adding about four movies right now. I'll definately need some time to finalize.

I think he was referring to the 4+ hour documentary containing the extra boobage.
I don't remember any nudity in Zombie's remake. I always remember nudity, but that film was so damn awful that I refuse to remember any part of it.
