Need help - finding short film on dvd or vhs - please help

The movie was a short film that I "think" HBO bought and showed. I believe that is where I saw it, almost 3-4 years ago, and have been trying to find it ever since. I have searched everywhere that I could think of and have only come up with dead ends. If anyone has any information that they can provide or point me in the right direction, it would be much much appreciated.
