Looks to be a good set. The only thing that surprises me is that there are no episodes from the KTMA days or even season one with this being the 20th Anniversary set.

Yeah, I was hoping for more Joel-era films, but perhaps with the next set. I'm glad Shout! Factory is taking over - the Rhino editions were pretty lackluster in terms of extras/packaging. It would be cool if they included a different character figurine with each set.

I've never seen the Joel episode, but I've seen all three of those Mike episodes.

Since Shout is in control of the sets, maybe there will be some hope that Diabolik will get released.

Future War and Werewolf

Fantastic. I was hoping for these 2 for a long time.

I was hoping for more Joel myself, but with a list of titles like that I am not going to complain. Those titles are all high on my Wanted list.

Definitely want the set. Cool that it is also going to include the footage shot at Comicon and a Crow figure and cards.

Wow first time they have a season 7 episode ever. Those were tougher to get since it was only a 6 episode season (from 24 normally) so they opted for the more expensive movies to get rights to.

I'm an admitted latecomer to MSTiedom, what's the consensus?
Laserblast is terrific -- a very funny episode overall, plus it's the last one for Dr. Forrester, who gets a classic sendoff.

Werewolf is also very funny.

I love the episodes they picked. My only minor disappointment is the fact we already have really good fan copies of 706- Laserblast, 904- Werewolf and 1004- Future War on the digital archive project. Minor complaint because I am buying them regardless, but I wish they would have gone for another Joel episode.

I should have just taped these when they came out first. Those box set prices are a little high.

I'm actually disappointed by this selection. Shout! Factory apparently hasn't yet figured out that a 50/50 split of Joel/Mike episodes is the best approach for these 4-episodes boxed sets, so getting a 25/75 split is one area of disappointment.

And, of these, only 706 - Laserblast is a historically important series episode and only it and 904 - Werewolf are fan favorites. Also, TWO Sci-Fi Channel era episodes in one boxed set again!? (Shout! Factory needs to be told that the earlier Comedy Central era episodes are the ones that fans will quickly get out the wallets for, not ones from the Sci-Fi Channel era which have many good-quality copies floating around.)

Simply substituting a good early Joel episode (such as 201 - Rocketship X-M) for 1004 - Future War (which I think is a weak episode from one of the weaker seasons) would've improved this set immensely.

As long as the boxsets keep coming out with four episodes or more per set and no repeats I will keep picking them up.

I prefer the more cruel humor of the Mike era, so I'm happy with the mikeheavy selections.

Freakin' Sweeet. I have been hoping that they would release Future War for a long time (I watched it on the day I was married, so it has some sentimental value). I prefer the Mike episodes, but a 50/50 Joel split would have been better.

"Future War" on the day you were married.... is that some irony there?

Wonder if Netflix will be getting these...and if so, wonder what they'll do with all the extra Crow figures?

Wow, I like it. You what would be really exciting, if the next set had a Servo statue, then Gypsy, cambot, Joel, Mike, Pearl, Clayton, etc, etc, etc. It could be the staple of their sets.
