I'm glad that they're coming out with more volumes, and normally love tins, but I'm OCD and will hate that they don't have matching spine arts as the previous volumes. Maybe they will continue to release future volumes in tins with matching spines also.
PS I have Vol 12, just havnt updated pictures in a while

Im with you, thats why I printed out cases for each episode and did em like that, kept the boxsets down at the bottom, with each disc seperate. I have a bunch of unreleased episodes burned to disc as well.

Anyhoo... should I assume all the Rhino sets are going to be OOP now? I might need to hurry up and pick up the six or seven I don't have.
Has anyone seen the Prisoner Cell Block H set they released in Australia? I'd love to see a complete series set like that for MST3K, I'd shell out the 600-1000 dollars to get it in one fell swoop.

I guess from what you guys are saying that the earliest MST3K release are now OOP? They were always those discs that I just meant to buy but never ended up purchasing any of them. Looks like I probably missed out on quite a bit.

Cuurently Out of Print:
Beginning of the End
Volume 9
Volume 10 (It was re-released as Vol. 10.2 with Giant Gila Monster instead of Godzilla Vs. Megalon)
Also, Amazing Colossal Man was released on VHS, but never came to DVD.
Everything else released by Rhino is still in print, but that's probably going to be changing pretty soon.

Along with Shack's recommendations (both great choices):
I personally love Red Zone Cuba, but the "Coleman Francis trilogy" tends to be pretty polarizing. The Brain That Wouldn't Die is great too; it's Mike's first starring episode and he's kinda stiff during the host segments, but the riffing is well done. Also, Eegah is a really good Joel episode.

It did take me awhile, I am no expert, what I have been considering doing though, is taking images for all cases, and bringing em to Kinkos, I would guess that they could print and cut them all out for me, then I could just pull out the ones I need when I get another set.
The first thing I did, was just print enough to cover the spine, since thats what you can see on the shelves.

Tomorrow is going to be epic, and I wish I could be there. I'm looking forward to not only hearing which 4 titles will be on the set, but also having the panel on the DVD.

Satellite News is blogging from ComicCon, no titles yet, but they have confirmed Shout has no plans to double dip on Rhino titles. Also, this 20th Ann. set will also include a Crow figurine and trading cards. That certainly makes the higher MSRP easier to swallow.
They should have the titles after 2030 Pacific time.

211- First Spaceship on Venus
706- Laserblast
904- Werewolf
1004- Future War
I'm an admitted latecomer to MSTiedom, what's the consensus?
