Looks like the Best of Starrcade is canceled or delayed. But I'm so getting the Perfect DVD.
I had a feeling it would be delayed, a matter of 4 weeks til release and still no information.

Does anyone else feel like they're buying the WWE ppvs on DVD with a greater frequency? I'm usually very picky with what events I pick up, but ever since the ppvs went tri-branded and everyone was back under the same roof (Jericho, Big Show, Triple H, Undertaker, HBK, Cena), I've found that every PPV has been not only star-powered but damn good. I've picked up every ppv from 2008, and I'm definitely gonna get Judgment Day and One Night Stand.

Before this, I felt like I was only getting half the show (I only own three single-brand ppvs). I hope Night of Champions 2008 has a good undercard, because I have high hopes for Cena/Triple H II.

I picked mine up on Tuesday at my bestbuy.
The blurring is better then usual for a change, but the blurring varies between match's. Booker T Vs The Rock Match Summer Slam 2001 is probably the worst match blur wise. While most of the Raw and SD match's are good as far as blurring goes.

For people in Canada next Tuesday, Best Buy will have The Rock 3 Disc set for $19.99, as well as Wrestlemania 24 3 disc for 24.99 and the Blu-ray for 36.99.

The Blu-ray version seems to be the cheapest at Best Buy, while HMV will have it for 46.99 (as said on the website few days ago) and Futureshop will have it for $39.99.

Does any one know have or know where I can find a list of all the ROH releases? I have a list of all the shows but I'm more specifically looking for a list of all the shoots/best of's/etc. I tried searching on their message board but it kept timing out. Thanks

Their board tends to be really slow when there's a live event. It's still slow going even now. I'm sure there's gotta be a list somewhere on there.

It ended up being kind of a dumb question because after I posted that it occurred to me why not just google it and sure enough wikipedia has a full list. Thanks though!

Anyone else who is interested here's the link:

hey

looks like best of starcade is cancelled or atleast delayed a few months, on wwe shop they dont even have it listed, nor is there any match listing

ric flair dvd looks ok but iv always found him boring and not very interesting, im not bashing him, hes just not my cup of tea, the rock's dvd is the only one ill be getting until mr perfect's in september

the blurring does suck but if you dont think about it and just watch the match its really not that bad on most matches, ill still rather have the rocks matches on dvd blurred than crappy vhs

and sure it does have a couple of flaws but the rock's dvd could be the best dvd since ladder match, does anybody else agree, he had some great matches and promos and the dvd covers every year and has lots of his classics vs foley, hhh, stone cold, etc

next to the ladder match this might become my favorite dvd, maybe tied with tombstone, tombstone reminds me of it, both are 3 disk packed full of his entire career, no documentry but still great match listing

So Canada gets the TIN set as well???

Damn!! i bought the WM24 TIN from a seller i know in the US (paid $40 including shipping). Good thing i still left it sealed, i am going to pick up the Canadian version.

No stores near me are selling WM24 or the Rock DVD early.

I am going to pick the WM24 Blu-ray, The Rock set and Backlash this coming Tuesday.

No exclusives at Best Buy or Circuit City I know of according to Speedy's ads. (But that wouldn't stop Best Buy considering the WM senitype wasn't really advertised) I don't know if FYE has anything.

I preordered it off Amazon a few weeks ago because I had a $15 GC.

No stores near me are selling WM24 or the Rock DVD early.

I am going to pick the WM24 Blu-ray, The Rock set and Backlash this coming Tuesday.
The Walmart I went to (Guelph, ON) had a small cardboard display back near the tv's and video games so it was kinda hidden, someone else on another forum said theirs had the dvds out early as well so if you don't feel like waiting until Tuesday then it's definatly worth a check. I was very surprised that the WM14 senitype film cell was included because there wasn't a sticker on the package and it wasn't included with the US tin.

Yeah Best Buy or Future Shop in Canada are advertising the tin as well in their June 6-12 flyer, Futureshop shows it for $29.99 and I don't remember what the price for best buy was.

On a side note I finally got the Wrestlemania 23 tin as a buddy of mine found it at Hmv for $14.99 and picked it up for me. I wasn't aware that it came with a WM III senitype so that was a nice surprise.

Best Buy has it $24.99 which seems like an excellent deal for the tin.

As for WM23, i noticed it was priced at 14.99 at HMV as well when i went the other day, but the tin was pretty damaged from the back and edges.

I was surprised to see DeepDiscount has "Tna-global Impact-japan" listed on their site for a June 24th release date. Price is $12.14.

i guess the "exclusive to TNAshop" means nothing now.

Not sure why TNA has to dupe the fans into buying from their website with overpriced shipping when the DVDs eventually get released to other websites and some stores. This is not even the first time they've done this.

OK my friend just gave me a ton of WWE/WWF DVD's such as No Way Out 2002, InVasion, Vengeance 2001 etc. Can anybody tell me what WWF DVD's are the most rare?

In general, anything that says "WWF" instead of "WWE" is rare because it's been Out Of Print for around 3-5 years now.

(It's been OOP since they lost their appeal against the World Wildlife Federation and had to start blurring out the "WWF" scratch logo, which was around mid-2002 or so, IIRC)

The only time those have been available anytime recently was when Walgreens got a ton of those for their $5 shelf around 6-12 months after they were recalled.

If I had to guess, any of the wrestler-specific DVDs from the end of that time-frame, such as "NWO: Back In Black" or the Hulk Hogan disc "Hulk Still Rules", would probably be worth more than most of the PPVs because they were available for a shorter time-frame.

I can't tell you specifically whether
Also Triple H: The Game, Triple H: That Damn Good and Stone Cold Steve Austin: What! were released around that time as well.
