Even if some of these are never released, this is a definitive wish list for me:

Night of the Creeps, with both endings.

The Legend of Billie Jean.

Hickey & Boggs starring Bill Cosby and Robert Culp properly released and not a PD dupe.

Rolling Thunder, preferably with a Tarantino commentary or appreciation doc.

Special editions of True Lies, Lethal Weapon, The Game, The Fisher King, Menace II Society, Dead Presidents, They Live, and countless others.

Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me with the deleted scenes.

Yor: The Hunter from the Future, if only for shits and giggles.

Widescreen versions of Death Wish 2, Death Wish 3, Extreme Prejudice, Johnny Handsome, Charley Varrick, and many others.

Escape from L.A., Grosse Pointe Blank, Tango & Cash, etc. in 16:9.

The original teaser trailer for Batman (1989), NOT the one which is widely available on DVD. A GREAT artifact if you can locate it.

Apocalypse Now without the hack-n'-slash aspect ratio, plus the five-hour workprint version.

The X-rated cut of Total Recall.

The rumored three-hour cut of Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.

Phantasm II, preferably the uncut version.

The TV scenes from the Naked Gun movies.

An uncut, anamorphic release of Freeway.

The unreleased deleted scenes and NC-17 cut of Boogie Nights.

Uncut releases of the Friday the 13th movies.

This is hardly some "holy grail" of releases, but I've always wondered why the miniseries of Dean Koontz's Intensity never wound up on DVD...

MTV's Daria. I don't think it'll ever happen because getting the rights to all the great music the show will be next to impossible. But I can dream.

These look more like a "most wanted on DVD" release to me so I'll add titles I want.

Amateur Night At The Dixie Bar & Grill (1979 made-for-TV movie)

Bad Ronald (1974 made-for-TV movie)

Chicken Chronicles (1977 comedy)

Delivery Boys (1984 comedy)

Drive-In (1976 made-for-TV movie)

Happy Birthday Gemini (1980 film with Rita Moreno and Madeleine Kahn)

(Legend Of Billie Jean (I did record this 1985 cult favorite off satellite last week)

The Mad Magician (1954 with Vincent Price)

Norman, Is That You? (1976 with Redd Foxx and Pearl Bailey)

Return To Macon County (1975 with Nick Nolte and Don Johnson)

Spring Break (1983 teen comedy)

Where The Boys Are '84 (1984 with Lisa Hartman Black)

The Wild Life (1984 with Eriz Stolz, Lea Thompson and the late Chris Penn)

Car Wash (TV cut)

Return to Oz - mastered from a more pristine print and extras, the current edition only has a Fairuza Balk interview, trailer and hideous looking TV spots - a more definative edition with a bevy of better supplemental material would be great.

Wow, I see some pretty similar taste, as I'll second all of those! And add...

Thunder Alley (1985 music drama, with Roger Wilson, Clancy Brown and Leif Garrett)

The Night Before (1988 teen comedy with Keanu Reeves and Lori Loughlin)

Under The Boardwalk (1991 teen surfing comedy)

...now as for "Special Features", which they OP was talking about, I've always wanted to see some of the unused Eric Stoltz footage from Back To The Future, before he was replaced by Michael J. Fox.

Just curious - what were Tracey Ullman's scenes in the film, and also what was the original ending?

I've never heard of either!

TIA

Bush apologizing for trampling on the constitution and encouraging the people to live in fear, basically giving Osama exactly what he wanted.

Hell, I'd settle for seeing that on TV, never mind DVD.

The two things I had always wanted to see the most were
-The Secrets Of Isis (every episode)
-Billy Wilder's Ace In The Hole
neither of which were ever released on any home video format before and which were both released within weeks of each other last year. So I guess that makes me a pretty damn happy camper at this point.
There is a lot I would still be very happy to see either released for the first time, remastered, or released on Bd...but almost all my major, long dreamt of, wants are already on the shelf .
Of the few left, the ones proving to be the most frustratingly elusive are
Love With The Proper Stranger (Paramount)
Hold Back The Dawn (Universal)
Wanda Nevada (MGM)
Goldengirl (Sony? MGM?)
The other two Ladd/Lake noirs. (Universal)
The Last Embrace (MGM)

BTW, I'd love to see Foolin' Around released too. I actually saw that at the theater back in the day, amd then many, many times on HBO. Probably been over 25 years since I last saw it so that would definitely be a blast. I wonder who has the rights now?

Original theatrical Star Wars trilogy remastered in 16:9 and in Dolby 5.1

Not the garbage glorified bootlegs we got a couple of years ago.
