I had been tempted to buy the "W.C. Fields: 6 Short Films Criterion Collection" DVD, until I heard that the version of "The Dentist" used was the one where they added silly background music to it years later, and not the original version without the music. Made it an instant "No Purchase" for me.

Can someone tell me if this title is OOP or why it's so expensive? It used to be priced new on Amazon in the $40-$50 range and now someone wants over $400 for it. Crazy! I've never seen a DVD that expensive before.

Wait... you actually *want* the digipack over a keepcase?!? We *are* talking the same language, eh? Digipack - hard plastic tray that's easily damaged and practically impossible to fix/replace that's glued to a paperboard backing typically with some type of gatefold that *might* be inserted into a "protective cover".

I know they also did it for Spirit of the Beehive. Some of the Digipaks are pretty, indeed, I agree. I prefer the larger digipak of The Double Life of Veronique over the smaller blu-ray. Not sure if that went OOP though.
