I read on Half.com that a YGII DVD from 2000 that is anamophic. Half.com has one from 1999 that says it's letterbox. Then there's one from 2005 that is anamorphic. so, what releases are anamorphic?

My region 1 copy is anamorphic and a lovely picture. Its 2.35, but a snapper.

The only release there's ever been in Region 1 is from 1999, in a snapper, and is anamorphic. Not sure where the 2005 date is from, unless it was rereleased in a Keep Case or as part of a double feature.

DVDProfiler lists the release date as 12/28/1999, and its anamorphic.

I found mine and it is dated 1999 and it is 16x9 Anamorphic.

Just making sure. The 2005 i figured was a re-release. Doesn't hurt to check these things out though.
