:banana: It's finally happening, I am all for this, but why can't Warner Bros. release the last season of Animainacs first.

It's simple, but I like it. Can't wait to get this when it's released. Hopefully it sells well so the other seasons will be released as well.

how many episodes exist?

According to Wikipedia there's 98 episodes, 2 specials and the movie. This set is only the first half of season one. Let's hope this set sells well so they release rest.

I hope it sells well too cause I loved watching the movie as a kid and want to see it again.

Why do studios release only half of a season? They could easily sell a full season for double the price.

Oh hell yeah. I've been waiting for this announcement for a long time.

This is all 35 episodes of Season 1, according to the TV Shows on DVD link.

I'm aware of that, but it's incorrect. I'm not disputing that it contains 35 episodes, the problem is that the first season is 65 episodes.

She's also in Animaniacs,

She crossed over in a few episode and had a spin-off program called Pinky, Elmyra, and the Brain although her "main show" was Tiny Toons.

I hope they have the rights to the music used in the music episode (They Might Be Giants) when it is released.

They do that because most people don't want to dish out $70 for a set at once. The 4 disc set retails for $45 so it'll be around $30-35 when it first comes out. Count yourself lucky it's 4 disc instead of 2. ;)
