Straight from wwe.com:
STAMFORD, Conn. – In accordance with its Substance Abuse and Drug Testing Policy, WWE has suspended Jeff Hardy for 60 days, for his second violation of the company’s policy.

I wonder if the E will push back the release of the Twist of Fate: The Matt and Jeff Story, since it is kind of hard to promote a DVD when Jeff will be off camera for 2 months (until Mid May) and the DVD is SUPPOSED to be released April 29.

Guess I need to make a new pick for the winner of the Money in the Bank match for WM24.

Well, there's still the Matt Hardy portion.

It's gonna be MVP or Jericho most likely with an outside chance of an unannounced person winning it (CM Punk if he doesn't have an ECW title match at WM)

Also, I sent you a PM.

Hey guys,

Wal-Mart in Canada has a big cube out with WWE DVDs on it. I got all 4 Wrestlemania Anthologies for 14.97 each! That's a very sweet deal. The Pillman, Hogan and Piper sets are also 14.97. I wish they would have had the Hart one.

Also, they had a whack of PPVs, going back to 2002. They were all $6.66. ECW One Night Stand 2006 was there with the extra Barely Legal disk. They had a few Insurrection events too. It was a decent sale. I only picked up the Manias, but there was a lot of other stuff.

I may have to change my pants, though I live in the U.S. If they do that here, it's so on.

If they do that in the US (and it'd be cheaper in the US actually because the retail prices are cheaper), I'd go so freaking broke.

Damn! That is a tremendous deal. I remember when Wal-Mart had the big cube last year and was selling certain PPV DVDs for like $3.88 each. If I had to suspect, I figure around March 25, or a little before, Wal-Marts in the U.S. will have a similar cube display. Especially, since The Greatest Superstars of WrestleMania is a Wal-Mart exclusive and it along with No Way Out 2008 and Triple H: The King of Kings hits retail stores on March 25.

Walmart, I love Walmart!

"Walmart will lauch WWE stands on March 25th with all sorts of WWE merchandise and exclusive Wal-Mart merchandise, including a Rey Mysterio action figure set, the Greatest Stars of Wrestlemania DVD and a special WWE Magazine packaged with the new WWE Kids Magazine." -PWInsider

That's the day No Way Out & The HHH dvd hits....I've already started a "fund" with money to spend there. I hope this is all it's cracked up to be!

-------------------
I picked up Final Resolution 2008 today at Best Buy for $14.99. I almost got duped into buyiing that Wrestlemanic DVD at Walmart-glad I took a closer look rather than just grabbing it and bringing up to pay.

WWE Kids magazine?

I hope they have a Festus and Matt Striker comic in the vein of Goofus and Gallant

Fantastic...I'm heading up to Niagara Falls and Toronto next weekend, so I'm pretty psyched to see if I can fill in the empty spaces in my collection.

They had 2002 and 2003 both of which I picked up. They had a real assortment of stuff from 2002-2006 I ended up walking away with about 13 dvds and plan on hitting another walmart tomorrow.

Yeah, it was quite a sale! My buddy that I was with (He posts here as hitman tommy) bought 13 DVDs! I think's he's getting close to having everything from 2002 on up. I'm nowhere near as hardcore as him.

I think he bought both the Insurrextion DVDs that were there so if he sees this thread, maybe he could post a list. I would be willing to do some trades or cost + shipping if I can help people out.

I'll be hitting Wal-Mart again tomorrow and I'll try to make a list. I'd be willing to trade for any TNA dvds that I need. I only need a couple more TNA ppvs, but I'd also be interested in some of the "Best ofs" or any ECW DVDs like Bloodsport or Extreme Rules.

At 6.66 per PPV and 14.97 per set, you can't go wrong. I may have to grab the Hogan set for 14.97. I already have Pillman. I'm not really interested in Piper, but if I could find the Bret Hart one, I'd be thrilled...

Just to give everyone an idea of what's there for ppv's at Walmart Canada these are the ones that I picked up today.

Insurrextion 2002
Vengeance 2002
Rebellion 2002
No Mercy 2002
No Way Out 2003
Judgement Day 2003
Insurrextion 2003
Backlash 2004
No Way Out 2006
Backlash 2006
Vengeance 2006
Great American Bash 2006
No Mercy 2006

I can't remember what all else there was for ppv's Summerslam 03, One Night Stand 06, Judgement Day 02, probably about 4 other ppv titles. A couple diva discs and Global Warning Tour. Most Walmarts probably got the same mix but you never know, last time they had these cubes I found a few different titles each time.

Congratulations to the Canadian wrestling fans. Those are some great deals on those sets. I bought all of those for more...but they're well worth it...you might want to pick up that Piper set....he was the master heel. Nice to see the Canadian's rewarded...they're some of the most passionate fans out there.

Damn! I had to read that twice. If wal-mart usa does the Wrestlemania sets for $14.97 I may just buy them instead of the greatest superstars dvd. I skipped the original set because I am not into wrestling all that much anymore. (I did buy the rumble anthology though, as the Royal Rumble is always entertaining to watch.) But if i can grab 20 ppvs for $60, how can I pass that up? c'mon wal-mart!!!

P.S. Does anyone know if there if ECW Hardcore Heaven 1997 was ever released on dvd? or does anyone have a list of all the released ecw dvds (pre WWE) ?

Judgement Day 2002??! With Taker/Hogan and HHH/Jericho Hell in the Cell? If that is the case, I can not wait to get up there and hopefully pick that one up. I have been looking for that disc for years.

Curious to know are these Kock Versions of the DVDs they have at Wal-Marts in Canada?

Also are they in one specific region in Canada or all over the country?

Thanks

I am sure they are Koch versions (especially if its from 2002-2006).

Koch distributes the WWE DVDs throughout Canada. I also found out they will distribute ROH DVDs starting in April.

Sometimes you will see the US versions of WWE DVDs in Walmart Canada (2001-2000 for instance).
