^^ How the hell can you follow the story if you've never seen part 1?

I own Predator 2 but not Predator...I find part 2 much more enjoyable to watch.
Same goes for Creepshow 2 over Creepshow 1.
While there are plenty of sequels for which I like more then the originals, these are the only 2 I can think of at the moment for which I don't own the first in the series.

I own 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure but not part I. In my defense though only reason I bought it was because it was at a pawn shop for $5 and it’s out of print. I’ve never even watched it and the original isn’t available. I am planning on buying part I in March though.

I had Batman and Robin alone for years because I was waiting on an upgrade for the rest of the series. I'm a big Arnold fan and I picked it up in one of those old buy 5 get one free Warner Brothers deals.

I "own" (at least they're listed on my DVDSpot collection) Final Destination 2 and 2 Fast 2 Furious because they were given to my kids by family or friends. I hate both as well as the originals but I can't figure out what to do with them. I could never throw away a DVD and I doubt anyone would want to buy them.

Found two more for my list...
I own Die Hard 3 but not 1, 2, or 4. It's the only one I liked in the series. I also loved 28 Weeks Later, but didn't care for 28 Days Later.

Some may disagree, but I feel that the original sucked and the sequels were of higher quality.

Same here. I often see the original Final Destination going pretty cheap, but still don't feel the need to own it; also enjoyed the sequels more, especially the second one.
I have Wrong Turn 2, but not the first one.
I have Freddy vs Jason, but the only other Friday movie I have is the first one; does that count? (I do have the Elm St boxset).
I have all the Star Trek movies, except ST: The Motion Picture
I have Bambi 2, but not Bambi. (B2 was a gift though.)

I own Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows, but not the original. But I also think the sequel was a much better movie than the original. About the only other thing that might count would be, like oldboy87, that I own Freddy vs Jason but no Friday movies, but I have all the Nightmare movies.
