Recommend me some recent releases with excellent image transfer

Hi guys,

I have just bought a Panasonic 42" Plasma and I would like to buy some recent DVDs with excellent image transfer.

A few recommendation would be great.

I assume you mean standard def DVDs with upconverting and not of the HD variety?

Transformers looked great. Also I noticed that Rocky Balboa and Invincible were very good too.

42" plasma? I recommend you buy a cheap HD-DVD player and enjoy <i>everything</i> you like looking excellent.

Transformers, Ratatouille, Spider-Man 3 are all great looking. Planet Earth, although a bit pricey, is astonishing looking.
