Leonard Nimoy was pissed about fullscreen over 20 years ago.

How many 4x3 TVs are even being made anymore? Are they going to call those "Fullscreen TVs"?

It's a TCM produced clip, as this version shows in the intro:
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5m1-pP1-5K8&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5m1-pP1-5K8&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

Maybe you could record it off TCM at some point?

Here's another TCM clip of Scorcese going a bit longer over the letterboxing in Ben Hur:
<object width="560" height="340"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Qvl4guTZhXA&hl=en&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/Qvl4guTZhXA&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="560" height="340"></embed></object>

Personally, I feel the clip is incomplete, since it doesn't go into matted widescreen VS open-matte, and thus presents the fallacy that widescreen is better because it always shows more.
