Tried to, but stupid Time Warner's In Demand wasn't working that night! I guess I could still get the replay, but I'll just buy it when it comes out on DVD.

For those of you who like hardcore wrestling, WWC is releasing in January a compilation of the Aniversary events from 1985-1988. Many big names participated in this events including Ric Flair, Bruiser Brody, Abdullah the Butcher, The Road Warriors, Cactus Jack and many more.

Here is the cover:

Highspots sold a 3 disk version of this (same thing?!??!) last year. I got a copy. Interesting, great footage. There is an inferno match on there that is pretty intense!

Does anyone have a match listing for the WWC DVD yet because it looks like a lot of the matches from the video tapes they put out years ago?

Picked up Bound For Glory for $14.99 at FYE in the mall. The stand alone FYE had it for $16.99. I wanted to buy either WSX DVD set, the Mid South DVD, OR the TNA Christian Cage DVD. I passed on WSX, when I think about it, it's really not my "cup of tea", so to speak. I'm waiting for a definitive review on the Mid South DVD before I buy it..seems like the only answer I ever get is "It' great, a must buy" LOL. So I got the Cage DVD for $19.99 at Best Buy.

Next pickup will be Rumble Volume 2.

FYI, I just got shipping confirmation for both Survivor Series 2007 and the Raw 3 disc set (11 days before street date for both!) , so they should start popping out early at some retailers any day now.

Doesn't look like wweshop.com is advertising that autograph when you purchase the raw 15 anniversary. Looks like wallpaper/ringtone offer has taken over.

I'm with you on that. I nearly bought that Mid South dvd the a couple of nights ago, but wanted to wait until I read some good reviews on it that would give me some idea of the content on the dvd. I wish WWE would be able to work out a deal to buy the Mid South archives so I could start seeing it on WWE 24/7.

Just in case anyone cared, TNA's site has Sacrifice 2006 and Unbreakable 2005 for only $6.99. Shipping is like $9 but it's still a decent price for TNAshop exclusive discs. I couldn't find Bound for Glory locally so I picked up Sacrifice instead.

I would probably jump on it if there were other dvd's for sale, but because I only need Sacrifice '06, I'll pass. Shipping just kills these deals if it's only one dvd that you need.

ships in early january. The 'blood edit' of the age of the fall debut from what i hear is really bloody and disturbing.

I can't believe how terrible some of ROH's dvd covers are. "Man Up" being one of the worst. Would it really be that hard to put some creativity into these things?

They are only selling the "regular edition" not the 2disc. But there is a slight chance you would be able to get it. But as far as I know they discontinued the said releases.
