Well, it's about bloody time!

I hope that cover art sticks around, BTW.

I think it looks great. No floating heads or overbearing name credits...

Eh. I always loved the poster art. If I recall right the VHS edition used it as well.

A "floating head" of Vic Morrow would have been in exceptionally bad taste for this cover!

I would have loved a shadow of rod serling in the door....serling with arms crossed like on the pinball machine...just a shadow though

Other than that...no complaints. Love the cover and like other I have been waiting for a release of this for the longest time.

I vaguely remember seeing this film, but it was overshadowed by the death of Vic Morrow. Since I can't remember it now, it will become a blind buy for me.

Great news indeed.

Regarding the cover, I still prefer the original poster art anyday.

Any news on extras for this release yet?

Yeah, I gotta admit, first thing I thought of when I clicked this thread was, "Will the deluxe edition imitate Planet of the Apes and come in a Morrow head case?"

I'm so, so sorry.

Bad News. According to Tvshowsondvd.com this looks to be a bare bones release.

Extras would have been nice, but I've been waiting for this one for so long, I'm just thrilled it's finally coming out, even if it's bare-bones. There are only a few movies I'm waiting for on DVD, and this one's at the top of the list.

That's pretty damn weak there aren't any extras considering the talent involved here. At the least a trailer should have been included.

Bah, no extras is fine.
It would have been nice, but the movie is just too good not to own.

Maybe most of the people who made the movie didn't want to revisit it because of the deaths involved.

I'll get it either way.

Great news - I'm buying this one with or without extras.

To this day, every time I fly in an airplane, I look outside the window and think about that gremlin.
