BTW, if you haven't already used up your wild card supply you might wanna hang on to one because...
It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is airing @ 8 PM EST on Sunday, October 28 on ABC.

I'm going to try to watch it on TV (because it's always more fun to watch Peanuts that way), but if I miss it, I always have the DVD.

I just hit #100 (saved house on haunted hill for that moment).
I think I'm going to slow down now that I have reached my goal. I may join netflxi to get a few I've never seen.
I also have some spots to fill in my score card and I have my 3 wild cards still (Peanuts will be one of them though).
Has anyone seen or going to rent return to house on haunted hill? I enjoyed both the original and remake and I'm curious to how it will be.

I finally saw Wrong Turn 2, good stuff. I am going to try to do a mini-marathon and watch Basket Case 1-3 tonight and early tomorrow. Also hoping to find tomorrow's Blu-Rays (Return to House on Haunted Hill, Reaping, Invisible) at Blockbuster.

This isn't just directed at you Nemein, but historically, threads are not opened and closed very well.
I understand that a moderator's "job" is thankless and that time and care can not be put into every thread closing. But when a thread of substance like ours is closed for length, the minimum that should be done is a link to the new thread at the end of the old thread, a link to the old thread in the first post of the new thread, and often, a cut and paste of the text from the old post one to the new post one.
But even better, why not email/post/PM Chad and give him the chance to gracefully close down the old thread and start the new thread. Your warning was totally appropriate and much needed Nemein, but I see no reason why you had to close that thread immediately or be the one to start the new one.
In fact, why not let Chad start a new thread, compete with stats from thread one, his rules from the first posts, whatever he wants, and then copy these few posts over to his thread, and then delete this thread?
There should be a difference in how a moderator treats a random fluffy thread like 99.9% of the threads here, and how a thread like this one is treated.

Well, if the Sox keep playing the way they have the last few nights, I will have plenty of time coming up to reach my goal... Anyways, I did get one in this AM (Wicker Man sitting on my DVR, horrible) since I couldnt get back to bed.

Man, I've only watched 17. I thought I'd be at more but those damn Yankees and their make believe playoffs. >_<
Plus I typically only get in the mood to watch movies at night. Ah well, we'll see how things pick up as we get closer to the 31st!

Damn, I haven't even had time to update my list since the first night. I've only been averaging about one a day and I can barely manage that.....these 7 day weeks are killing me.

Chad, could you at least post a version of your original "first post" here while we're still on page 2? It would be great to be able to find it quickly for reference, and that closed thread won't be handy for very long.
Thanks!
Thanks!

If Chad tells me what info he wants from his first post from the original message I'll modify mine in this thread (the warning stays though ).
Chad please respond via PM or email and we can get this worked out.

ABSOLUTELY NO:

So even if someone can convert it they shouldn't make it available here.

I have a quick question about Wild Cards. I know that some things like the Charlie Brown special and Bugs Bunny cartoons can qualify as a single Wild Card. I watched the short film, Rings (included in the DVD release of The Ring Two that explains the alleged connection between the two movies). Can that count as a Wild Card? I only ask because I feel that I won't use all of my Wild Cards.
I apologize if this has been discussed before.
Thank you.
