Adam West and Mark Hamill do BATMAN video...
Anyone seen this movie? It's called Batman: New Times. It was a student produced film from DAVE SCHOOL and is made using Batman Mini Mates (Lego-type toys). The dvd features a 'making of' feature, as well as a tv commercial and a news clip about it.
The best thing about it is the voice acting. It features Adam West as Batman, Mark Hamill as the Joker, Dick Van Dyke as Commissioner Gordon, and Courtney Thorne Smith as Catwoman. Pretty cool animation too!
You can find a low-rez copy on the internet. It was actually made into a promo dvd from the studio. Here's a pic of my copy (sorry for the low rez pic):

I've been trying for 3 years to get them to send me a DVD. I even have a son in high school, and I keep telling them that we're looking into different schools. Spoke with someone in admissions, and emailed a few other contacts at the college, but still can't get them to send me a copy. I've tried getting it sent to my parents' and in-laws' houses, too, but still can't get a copy.

But...what's with all these CGI Lego films?
I haven't seen one that had a fraction of the charm of a real Lego film, like The Han Solo Affair or others done by Brick Films. Really, what's the point?
I can only surmise it's the time and effort it takes to do stop-motion.
Lazy bastards!
