Why does The Villain on DVD cost so much!

Maybe it's just me but I thought this movie would be a in cheap bin some place but I can't find it any place but online and at Boarders. Both places have it for over $20. Ebay has some but all around $16 plus about $5 for shipping. This is a bare-bone releaes and nothing specail. Why is it so much?

Because it has gorgeous Ann-Margret in it!
Surely she is worth $18.00 - $20.00 per DVD.

I got mine as an enrollment in Columbia House.

I got it last August 23 from DVDBoxOffice for $8.69. I always thought it was a funny movie. Ann-Margret's chest is worth the price of admission!
