I have the 3-disc but a deciding to keep it in the digipak because it's really the 2-disc case and the 3rd slipped in there and the production notes.

It doesn't look right with the 1, 2 and 2.1 there in digipak.

yeah, but at least the 3rd is not in a flimsy sqaure sleeve and actually a nice sleeve that fits perfect in the case. of course a digi or even a 3-disc hard case would have been nice.

picked up the Bluray version at costco. Only 6$ more than the 2 disk standard DVD verson, so I decided to splurge.

And quite a splurge it was -- I didn't even like the movie that much.

I don't know if anyone brought this up yet, but be careful when you buy the trilogy set at Best Buy. Most of the sets from the mass display came with two Spider-Man 3 discs by accident.

I'm amused at myself that I bought the 3-disc DE at Target considering I wasn't a big fan of the film. Kind of reminds me of the thread we've got going right now about buying DVDs you don't really love. Pretty nice package, though.

I rewatched SM3 and definitely have a new respect for it. Still I'll double dip for 3.1

Just came back from a couple of BestBuy around here (Canada) and they ran out of the masks.. I don't know if the guy was joking, but he said they just gave them out to whoever walked by.. The later gave me an opened one someone took out just to see what it was like.. For anyone that picked up one, was it sealed or packed on any type of packaging? I think they told me it was just a clear bag..

The T-shirt boxes was kinda disappointing.. All of the boxes were bulging out from the back where the T-shirt was put in..

To be honest, I'd rather get the embossed slipcase, over the plain slipcase w/mask. What do you need a child-size mask for anyways?

Borders Exclusive

First-time poster here. I work at Borders so I know what exclusives they have. For Spider-man 3, the 2-disc comes with a collectible window decal, smaller than the insert. I bought it thinking I was getting the trading cards with it but no. Oh well.

Not sure if this was mentioned, but the Walmarts in Sacramento had the one disc Spider-man coming with some funky Spidey beany hat.

I've had my Futureshop steelbook on pre-order since mid-september and it still hasn't shipped! I was at Futureshop today and was tempted to buy the steelbook in stores and cancel my pre-order but opted against it.

I swear Futureshop has the worst pre-order system in the entire universe!

To the person that asked, the Wal-Mart bonus disc has all the webisodes that were released on the Spidey website leading up to the movie. I didn't know that and might have changed my mind in the purchase. However, I really wanted the exclusive comic that came with the Wal-Mart edition. Plus I was already in Wal-mart to pick up the new "Eagles" CD.
You probably get more bang for your buck with the Target 3 disc version. But I'm sure I'll double dip on the 3.1 disc when SM 4 comes out.

I also agree the movie gets better on a second viewing. I liked it when I first saw it, but I've gotten a better impression on round two.

$35 CDN.. I might have picked it up if it didn't have the single disc of Spiderman 3 listed on the back.. Also, what version is Spiderman 2? Is it 2.1?

The coin bank is as tall as the DVD case.. You can sorta see the trilogy box in the background of the figure..

Does anyone know if this coin bank was ever release on it's own? I remember see stuff like Superman and Batman coin bank alittle larger than this in stores here and there..

Yup. I've seen it at Kay Bees and a local toy shop. It's also available in classic Spidey colors.

I picked that one up too just to be safe and glad I did. The mask version will be a gift!

Well I went to Target after work yesterday, around 5 pm, yup, they were all out. Therefore, I got screwed and had to buy it for $25 at Best Buy.

I'm picking up the BD Trilogy. I have the 2-disc and Superbit versions of the first 2 installments and have decided that I need to thin out the older versions.

No one picked up the 3-disc set from HMV and can confirm what is on Disc 3?
