As Good as It Gets Anniversary Edition?

Just saw a listing for this in Columbia House pre-orders but have heard nothing about it, not even a rumor. CH has a release date of 9/25 for this, but they have messed up before (as with the Studio 60's date and details). Looks like it's gonna be pretty cheap though (CH has it for $12.95)... and a 1-disc only. I would consider an upgrade if the extras are decent.

I always enjoyed this movie, especially Jack's performance, I never bought the dvd so I would be up for it if it has decent extras.
