Was hard to find this morning. Had to hit up two Best Buys, but the second one seemed to still have all three copies in.

Three copies, what are they thinking?

I went to Circuit City today in Culver City and did not find one copy. I also checked the Best Buy website and every Best Buy within a 10 mile radius shows up as unavailable. This sucks. I'm going to try Target before I get desperate and head to Suncoast.

I can't believe so many people still buy DVDs in stores as opposed to just ordering them online.

Shipping is a pain sometimes and if I want something I want it now not four days from now. And no I'm not paying $10 to get it the next day.

I went to 2 Best Buys, sold out. So I headed to Walmart for some other stuff. While I was there, I took a shot to see if they had it. There was probably 15 copies for $12.44

I guess it just depends on where you place your order. I received the DVD today from the mtv.com sale for $3.75 shipped.

Picked up my copy at FYE this afternoon. Definitely going to watch it later tonight.

My local FYE only received one copy of the movie. One of the BB's I went to did not have any in stock, as well as the CC nearby.

Might want to check out Suncoast -- all the BBs in the Boise area were sold out but Suncoast has it in stock for only $14.99.

This is massively frustrating - after waiting so many years and then every store either having sold out of the few copies they had or having not even bothered to order it.

Fortunately, my friend who was coming over tonight to watch it with me was able to track down a copy, so not all is lost.

Went to Best Buy, Target, CC and Walmart, and only Walmart had 1 copy in stock!

Soooooo glad I got mine last Tuesday

Two Best Buys in my area, and they didn't even carry it! They said that just because it's just coming out on DVD, they still may not carry it if it's an old movie.

FYE had 3 copies today, sold out.

Fortunately, I found one copy at another FYE.

I went to three Best Buys and saw the 14.99 signs, but no Monster Squad dvds. I assumed they didn't get them in, but looks like they just sold out...

i didn't know TMS is only 82 minutes...that's shorter than an animated flick. guess it is quality that matters.

We received nine copies in at the FYE I work at and as of the close of business tonight we were down to one lone Monster Squad DVD. I knew that there would be a demand for this title, but it actually outsold Zodiac and The Number 23 combined at our store! Not bad for a twenty year old "kids movie". Needless to say, I was glad I set one aside for myself over the weekend. Looking forward to watching it tonight!

Whoa, it's a good thing I saved a copy for myself... I didn't know it was going to be this hard to find.

No copies at one of my local best buys. I'm assuming they didn't order enough or any at all.

Did everyone get the insert/booklet on their DVD? I'm upset since it wasn't included on mine.

Anybody knows the e-mail of the studio customer service so I can contact them?

Some people like to pay cash for their DVDS.

Same here. There was a spot on the shelf for it but none there. Also none at Circuit City, Sam Goody or Target.

Finally in desperation I went to Walmart which I normally avoid like the plague and they had a few of them.

I love the treatment they gave to this DVD. I hope Fred Dekker eventually comes through again with a Night of the Creeps DVD.

Was hoping to pick this up on release day, but I couldn't find it anywhere. I went ahead an ordered it online. Better than wasting any more time & gas searching.

I've waited years for this, I guess I can wait a few more days...

No luck here, either ... All BB and CC stores either sold out, or never got any in. Looks like I have to start calling Wal-Mart.
